Delivery Charge Options

As a benefit of holding a business account, free delivery is offered on most normal orders, (Freight Charges for Furniture, Hardware, Fragile Items & Copier Paper may apply) to the local area. 

To ensure the sustainability of this service, where an account holder predominantly processes orders below the minimum order value of $99 inc gst we reserve the right to apply delivery fees consistent with non-account holders. (See Below) Please contact us to discuss opening a business account.

To be eligible for free delivery, there is a minimum order value of $99 (inc. GST). For orders under $99 (inc. GST), a $16.95 inc GST for Metro area (Up to 25KG, 500 x 500 x 500mm) and $30.00 Inc GST (Up to 25KG, 500 x 500 x 500mm) for outside Metro area delivery fee will apply. Note: If Weight and or Volume exceeds 25KG, 500 x 500 x 500mm additional freight charges may apply. If you require same day or a special delivery, contact us to discuss your options or note specific urgent items in your order for us to action.

Additional delivery charges apply for larger items such as furniture, Hardware & Fragile Items and for deliveries beyond Melbourne Metro. Delivery Fees may apply to some outer Metro Areas regardless of Minimum Order Value - Please Inquire prior to order processing, or you will be notified upon receipt of your order.

Furniture Delivery

Furniture as a product type is different; it is often bulky and heavy. In some cases, we may need to charge extra for delivery of these types of items. The customer will be contacted after their order is received to confirm details of delivery. These details will include the destination address; the times of the day that the location can be assessed and if there are any extra charges. Occasionally more details are required such as whether the delivery will be to a multi-storey building; will there be clear space and which forms of access are available.
Note: often two staff members are needed for a successful delivery. This information will help to establish a delivery rate as well as a booking delivery date and time. Please contact us to discuss a solution.

Furniture Assembly

Most furniture requires assembly. We offer an assembly service whose cost needs to be calculated on a case by case basis. Moving existing furniture if required, can also be factored into delivery quote. Deliveries that are urgent may incur an extra charge but this will simply be a direct passing on of the fees we are charged by our freight companies for urgent deliveries.

Pickup

We also provide notification when an order is complete for pickup by yourself or a courier of your choice.
