Pronto Office Choice Credit Policy

Terms and Conditions of supplying goods and services on credit account

  • All accounts are to be settled 30 days from statement
  • Goods and services remain the property of Pronto Office Choice until paid in full
  • Pronto Office Choice reserves the right to stop credit on any account
  • ProntoNorth Office Choice reserves the right to cancel any account
  • Pronto Office Choice predominately operate in a Business-to-Business space. Not all products displayed on our website are available and/or available in the unit or pack size displayed. Please enquire prior to ordering.  
Customer qualification
  • 30 day account applicants must provide their legally registered business name and Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • 30 day account applicants must provide true postal and delivery addresses
  • 30 day account applicants must provide three complying trade references
  • 30 day account applicants must provide an estimated credit limit required
  • 30 day account applicants must provide full details of all directors of the company

Customer delinquency

  • After breaching terms and conditions, any fees, charges, commissions and interest charges incurred in the collection of monies owed to Pronto Office Choice will be added to the full outstanding amount and recoverable in full. Legal action to recover money owed to Pronto Office Choice will be recoverable by Pronto Office Choice under jurisdiction of a court in the state of Victoria.

    Returns Policy


    • All requests for credit must be made within 7 days of receiving goods. Exception of faulty product (s).
    • A 15-25% restocking fee applies to all returns except faulty products or when the return is due to an error of Pronto Office Choice.
    • The customer must return the product (s) to Pronto Office Choice with the Pronto Office Choice RA number clearly written on a removable label on the outside of a shipping carton (s). A copy of this form is also to be packed with the return.
    • All products (s) must be returned in complete set with original packaging, while all no fault product (s) must be returned in a pristine and unopened condition with all seals intact.
    • Any returns of toners and cartridges will not be accepted if opened.
    • All returned product (s) must be received by Pronto Office Choice’s warehouse within 14 days after the RA number is issued. Pronto Office Choice will not accept responsibility for any damage or loss incurred on the freight of returned product (s).
    • The customer must obtain a valid RA number (s) authorised by Pronto Office Choice RA team for all returned product (s).
    • If the RA number cannot be identified, or if the product does not match the RA details provided by the customer, Pronto Office Choice may reject the returned product (s) and return it to the customer at the customer’s expense.
    • For all returned product (s), the customer must maintain a copy of the proof of delivery or consignment information to confirm delivery in case of future queries.
    • Under vendors instructions, Pronto Office Choice will credit, replace or repair the product (s), however, replacement or repair (handled by vendor) returns may result in the delays due to vendor lead time, also depending on vendor policy and Pronto Office Choice stock availability.
    • Any physical damage incurred on the faulty product due to misuse of the product will void the warranty and is the customer’s responsibility.
    • If the faulty product is returned to Pronto Office Choice but no fault is found after testing by the vendor, the customer is responsible for any no fault found charges from the vendor

    Delivery

    • Large orders of paper or furniture may be subject to separate freight charges, please enquire or we will advise.
